Claim not refunded

Dear Sir/Madam,

This is inline with my previous complain about policy number: 14070234100100205101 of my father with New India Assurance, TPA: Emeditek.

I had submitted all the documents to Emeditek on 5th Dec. Untill now we didnot receive our claim amount. Neither consumercare@emeditek reply to my emails.

Kindly do the needful at earliest.
