Wrong allegation of personal loan

This is what i got by mail

In respect of the facility availed by you in the above referred personal loan account. We are further instructed to advise you that the amount is overdue by 5 months for AED 256, 554.71/-. By this notice we hereby call upon you to settle the above-mentioned amount within 7days, failing which we are instructed to institute appropriate legal action against you forthwith for the recovery of the total outstanding amount without further notice and at your risk as to the costs and consequences thereof. This e-mail is addressed to you without prejudice to the rights under contract, law or otherwise all of which we hereby formally reserve.
