Dear Sir Madam,
It came to notice that Empower Consultancy Pvt. Ltd, A 80, III Avenue, III & V Floor, Anna nagar, Chennai - 600 102, Tamilnadu, INDIA was doing un ethical business in keeping only 5 staffs as permanent staffs and remaining 60 members, still as company employeesbut not in rolls. These staffs are working with them for more than 1 year with no benifts like ESI, PF etc and with out the knowedge of the Government authorities. Its really cheating young professionals who are aspiring candidates and these type of companies are making the future of the staffs whom work for them in dark. Please take necessary action aganist this company at earliest.
