i mparmod kumar jhinjheria resi 821/5 layalpur colony vashist marg near fly over kurukshetra. asix bank sent a courier to my address but your franchise (mr kashis, mohan nagar) &delivery boy (mr naresh) drop this packet to wrong address as well as to third party (means Renter of that house) when i go to franchise &discuss regarding my packet no satisfactory answer given by them .even there is no runnung sheet with them, which shows singnature of that person who collect the packet. they are quarrell with me & saying that they have drop the packet at right palace. now by past so many day i have no status of my packet detail of that packet is as under c-299227360 phone no of mr kashis BFC-MOHAN NAGAR 01744-224813

give me reply as early as possible to avoid futher crosspondse.it request to provide me mobile number of coplience authorty.
