Pf claim late settlement

Dear sir

i have applied for my pf claim settlement. but i have not at recived my pf amount. there is no responce from epf bandra office. why they people are so neglect about this settelment. this is my money and they delaying this for around 4 months from recipte.

please give a solution for my problem. and pusnish they people who did mistakes
