PF Amount not Credited

Dear sir,

I had submitted PF form transfer thru my employer during April.

Till my amount is not credited to my a/c

PF office replied that they have already credited my amount on Jan 24' 2002 but I had not submitted any form, How did they credited my amount on Jan 24' 2002 .

My PF No is :- KN/16420/636

Please do the needful,
