EPF amount not Credited

Dear Sir,

Hope you are doing well, I am Donni from Bangalore. I have a issue with EPF office. I had applied EPF in the month of March but Metro Cash & Carry India Pvt. Ltd applied my EPF form only in the month of June. Later i received a SMS by BP - EPFO stating" Form 10c (Withdrawal Benefits/Scheme Certificate) for acct BGBNG00259980000000416 recd on 10.06.2011 and claim ID BGBNG110600049204 is under process" but its been more than 6 months my EPF amount not got credited. So i enquired with respective EPF office in Richmond Road they keep saying from past 3 months as amount will be credited in 20 days. I visited EPF office 4 times they are keeping saying the standard dialogue "amount will be credited in 20 days" but stil amount not got credited & they not even providing proper response. I am totally fed up with this. Could you please do something to get my EPF amount. My EPF acct number : 25998000416, Claim Id: BGBNG110600049204 & EPF Branch: Bhavisya Nidhi, Richmond Road, Bangalore.
