No money withdwal by atm card but debited in my account

I have not received money from cosmos bank's atm pune .and money debited from my account.i made complaint to bank of baroda .but money is still not deposited at my account.i am also trying to lodge the complaint thru bank of baroda's toll free no. to contact ATM department, but nobody responding there.now help me.
