Pf amount not recieved

Dear sir/madam

I submitted my pf withdrawal form on16 June. My pf no is D L 32127 -841, dsnhp00321270000000841, RAJKUMAR still the claim is under process. I just want to confirm that when will i get my pf amount. Its already more than 8 months. I tried several time on phone but they re not responding.my mob no is 9999371525 .i will be happy if i get some information on phone.
