This is my second complain to the bank that from my Saving Account no. of Amount Rs. 10, 000 has been automattically reduced as shown in mini statment as cash withdrawal.
The answer to my first complain has simply replied that their is as such not any withdrawal from my account and asked me to go through the this complain precedure.

Cash Balance before 14th october Amount Rs. 18000
Amount Rs. 10000 reduced balance on 14th October CWDR/0015 D
