I have unsubscribe my bsnl india games account on 25-10 itself and also received intimation by email confirmation from bsnl for my telephone number 22235657. Inspite of that in my november biil also games charges was there. I request to reimburse the amount in december bill and close the game account immediately on receipt of this email and expecting your reply in [email protected] immediately.
