Pan card
Wrong Date of Birth

Dear Sir,

Recently, I have checked that by mistake the Date of Birth (DOB) is printed as 11/08/1986 while my correct date is 11/10/1986 (as per the attached documents too).

So i requested you to issue a new pan card with the corrected date (i.e. 11/10/1986).

Hope for the sooner action.
