Non Delivery of Consignment

Hello

This is Vishak. AWB NO : 5055073542, a consignment sent to me by HDFC bank Ltd. on Jan 13 through the Express IT courier, is still to be received by me.

I have an evening shift job and so I was available at my residence till 4 pm, and when I checked the consignment with the courier office they replied that they had returned it back to my Bank as the consignee was not available.

I tried calling them on Jan 20 and got a reply that they will make the guy speak to me who had come to deliver the consignment. I am still awaiting his call.
