NON RECEIPT OF EX SERVICEMAN PENSION BEING ALIVE

Respected Sir,
1. I was drawing my pension through SBI Chamiyala, Tehri Garhwal (Uttra Khand). As I was settled in Dehradun, I have requested SBI to transfer my pension account to Dehradun so as to be convenient to draw pension regularly. After requested I have returned on my job, which is presently at Greater Noida. I was thinking that they have transferred my account and pension to Dehradun. After a long time about 10 months of checking, I found that SBI Branch transferred my account to SBI Mohakampur (Dehradun) but they have not taken any action about my pension to be transferred alongwith the account (A/C No. 11663370410, SBI Code- SBIN0002359) and the same have not been credited since Oct.
2. I have submitted a written request at SBI Dehradun (IIP Mohkampur) on 21 Nov alongwith my life certificate and a copy of Pension Payment Order. The branch manager said that the matter would be solved by end Jan of the next year. I have telephonically contacted the branch manager at Mohakampur, but I received negative response.
3. It is therefore requested that necessary steps would be taken so as I could receive my last lump sum which pending since Oct with the SBI or Defence accounts.
