Non Receipt of Annual Report and Dividend on Preference Shares

I am holding16 No.12% Redeemable Cumulative Preference Shares of Farm Enterprises Limited. I am not receiving Balancesheet from the company and Iam also not receiving any dividend nor any communication in this regard. Kindly help me in this regard.
