My Mobile no is 9810362428, i have chage plan post to prepaid on dt 11Nov09 Amt paid by Credit Cards of Rs.1284.00 but your have again recved of Rs. 1144.00 my smartpay airtel on dt 14nov09, i have alredy complane airtel office in sec-37 faridabad but their are no responce i there for request you please check my mobile no excess amt and refund urgently, and other complane i have recharges of rs.205.00 by credit cards on dt 08dec09 but recveing toklimit only 125 balance amt not affected my mobile

Plz check and send us Balance amt urgently
