Ram krishnapur coopatative bank (Howrah) has been lock out, could I get my deposited money return back

I am Sri Subhasis martk resident of 13, kailash Bose Lane Howrah 711101 West Bengal. I am having a fixed deposite with Ram Krishanpur cooperative Bank Howrah, but unfortunately that bank has been lock out on the month of June. Please advised me the procedure to get that money. Also my elder brother Mr. Debasis Marik and my brother in law Mr. Ranjan Ghosh facing the same problem. Kindly advised us so that we could be able to get out deposited money.
