My wife smt. Sushila Devi Rastogi has a FD No.30561665408 in your Vasant Kunj New Delhi and has submitted form 15 H. This quarter an amount of Rs.4345/- has been deducted from interest of Rs. 16500/-. Branch is not able to refund due to certain technical reasons with the Service Desk (Request no.5366137) and regular follow up for more than a month.

Please sort it out immediately.
