Maturity amount not giving

I have invested 25000 rupees in plan b on 23/11, my maturity date is 21/12, 10 day has been compliting but I have not gotten any amount in my e-wallet (in my floraza account). I have sent somany mails to the company.but there is action about my maturity amount
