Not recivedof my cheque

Dear sir ihave aplied for apersonal loan. and my loan was saioncotned for RS FIVE LAC

I EXECUTE the agreement also give the cheques and signed e.c.s from my bank. but more then ten days has been passed but i not get my cheque. my agent name was mr. sumit from tonk road jaipur branch.please inform me the reason for delay to deliver my cheque
