This is Avita here..., I was working as a Sales Consultant in the year 2006 for about 6-8months in the above addressed co. One of the client named Mrs. Irine Dsouza Policy No.0024869612 paid her 1st premium on 9-8-06 (receipt No. 0039506273) & she received her bond.
She paid 2nd year premium on 28-08-07 at the above co. went personally n paid 10, 000/- in full. The co. issued 1 temporary receipt to her & said that we will pay the same amount to Bajaj Allianz and very soon you will receive the original receipt from the co. Mrs. Irine Dsouza - a poor lady was waiting for long for the receipt. Atlast twice she went to inform the big position holder at the office. But she cried for their response. I was working out of station for long & ven i returned back to home town in Nov 08 for my marriage one Gentle man informed about her n requested me to settle the issue. After my marriage im back of this issue. I Really felt very bad & tried my best I took her n went to the above said office n spoke to dem. they informed me on Friday u vl get the receipt 4-5 months are over myself n the client called n remind them so many time they are acting too smart or like a fool i really cant understand. im really dissopointed by their respone to remind the co to provide the good service to the client. The clint is unpad n daily she is giving a call. i REALLY FED BY GIVING COUNTLESS CALL TO THE CONCERN PPLE OF THE A R INS CO.With really sad feelings im informing u. From the last 2007 till date she is struggling to get her Rs10000/- receipt.
PLZ DO REPLY AS EARLIEST N HELP MRS. IRINE DSOUZA TO GET HER ORIGINAL CASH PAYMENT RECEIPT.
