Balance Deduct from account but cash has been not withdrawal

Dear Sir,

My self Ashok Chand. I have IDBI Cash card. I have withdrawal the cash from my cash card from PNB ATM counter that time ATM was showing transaction was successful but i have not received any cash then again i have check my account there was show cash is transacted & balance is deduct from my account.detail is mention below
