Poor service & poor diagnosis & not ready for warranty

I have ford figo car.

my car is in under warranty but dealer as cargo ford not ready to give warranty

now current kms 34000 & as per warranty policy 1, 00, 000 kms covred

they told me all are chargable

nobody ready to talk with me

nobody area service manager ready to talk for this mattar

only they told me all not available here & we have final authority from cargo ford

whose help for that...

we loose trust from ford...

otherwise we will start next process
