Franklin Templeton Mutual Fund
NAV not credited Amount debited from account

I have subscribed the SIP of Franklin Templeton mutual funds india, with the quaterly amount of Rs. 1500/-.

On 12th of Oct'2009 my account has debited with Rs 1500 with ECS mode favoring Franklin India but no NAV is credited to my mutual fund account till date after hundreds of follow-ups. Franklin had issued the letter that their was insuffcient amount in your bank saving account whereas my banker Oriental Bank of Commerce has issued me the letter stating that amount is credited to franklin account with transaction ID's also.

Submitted the latter to franklin india lot of times but their is no response till date.
