Preclosure of loan

I am sathish and received loan amount Rs 51000 . four EMIs closed so far, I want to foreclose the loan. because, I will be going to abroad for the job and settle there by A ug 30th. so, I can maintain the loan and EMI as well from there. when I contacted toll free I was told to contact local branch. At local branch, there is no goodresponse
