Unable To receive Loan details

Hi Sir/Madam,

I taken a loan for my bike in last year in the month of may Approx 30000/-.

Agent form Fullerton India Andheri branch convey me as i will be received welcome kit from branch & Login details,

so i can check my loan details from web.

after that i keep follow up with Local Branch & raise a complents on toll free number. They just send a mail as they will contact with in 10-15 days.

but actualy they don't do. i called toll free number they told me as we launch the cpmplent but Andheri banch was not taking any action on it.

sinces i taken a loan every month i pay my dues regularly.& i has the right to check my Loan status.

Please help me to resolve my issue.
