Hello Sir,

I have taken Personal Loan from Fullerton India of Rs. 2 Lacks in Year as agreed I was supposed t make the payments in 48 EMIS amounting Rs. 5583 Appx. and have opted for ECS facility.

Due to some undisclosed reasons the Bank did not started the ECS facility and requested for payments by Cheque. Till MID 2009 I have made payments by Cheque and in July / Aug Bank approached me to start ECS facility and got some documents signed again which I did and accordingly since then till date the EMIs are being paid via ECS and there is no single instrance of delay in payments.

They have never send me the statement, recently I requested for the statement and find that the NO of EMIs have been increased. They have Closed my loan in May and have again started the Loan in July due to change in Payment Mode from Cheque to ECS, This has resulted in increase in EMIs as per what Bank has told me.

My Pain is that why should I Pay increased No. of EMIs with No fault of Mine,

They are not govong me the statement prior to May Please Help.
