Wrong Commitment

I am Existing customer of personal loan from fullerton india, Loan account no.073625000007290. At the time of taking loan fullerton india person commited me to give top up loan after 6 months, after 6 months they told me as per policy we will provide you top up after 9 months. and after 9 months they told that I am not capable of taking top up loan, but they are lie, as I am now at the better stage than I was before 9 months also I have cleared all the 9 months EMI without any bounce.

Due to this I have bounced my 10th EMI and the Fullerton India collection person has collected that EMI cash from me with penalty of Rs.247/-, and again in the same month on 17/04 that EMI is cleared from my bank account. means fullerton has collected double EMI in April with penalty.

I am completly frustated with their wrong commitment and hopeless service. I want to quit from Fullerton and want settlement in easy EMI's regarding this otherwise I will not be able to pay the further EMI's of Fullerton India
