Negligence work and misbehaviour of the sub- ordinators

We are a clean and reputed company since last 25 years. We opened an acc. regarding financial matters of our company, in the respected bank (Centurion Bank of Punjab). Due to some reason, a business and financial conflict occured between us and the sub-ordinator of the respected bank. The sub-ordinator instead of resolving the conflict politely, misbehaved in an extremely rude and unacceptable manner, as well as showed negligence in work order. As per the situation we decided to close our acc. asap. And just for The sake of revenge the branch manager of the bank MR. SARKAR, remarked our comapny, s acc. as BOGUS GUMASTA, FOR ACC. CLOSING REASONS. Hereby we request to pay manditory heed to our complaint against MR. Sarkar (BRANCH MANAGER .CENTURION BANK OF PUNJAB.NAGPUR BRANCH RECENTLY MERGED INTO HDFC) and the bank as well.
