I had submitted my project on time that is on the deadline July 31 at 11:47. However when I received my report card on email the project was not evaluated and when demanded an explanation the co-ordinators said that they never received my project through email, hence they marked me Absent on the report.
In view of the above I provided them with a proof, i.e the email which I had sent to them on July 31 at 11:47 pm. I thought they would consider the same, however they denied accepting the project saying that they have not received it, and are yet demanding the penalty charges of Rs 300/- for evaluation of my project or re submission in October.
I asked them (co-ordinators, Shubhomita and Avinash) for explanation that why aren't they accepting the proof and considering my project. Its not about paying the mere amount of Rs 300/-, but why should I pay it when I had submitted the project well before the deadline.
I have mails supporting the same and have reiterated to them that as the project was submitted on time I will not accept the undue charges of Rs 300/-, also have asked for escalation matrix, however every time vague answers are given on mails and again they have the audacity to demand Rs 300/- without giving clarification of all the questions I have asked in my mails.
The co-ordinators know how to argue and have baseless talks even when the proofs are submitted by me.
I am working with an Insurance company for Grievances cell, where I too have to deal with complaints lodged by customers at IRDA or Life Council, however if the customer is right and genuine and has furnished the proof we do go ahead and consider the customers complaint and give the benefit of doubt to the customer.
The co-ordinators just dont seem to understand and are harassing me by everytime demanding Rs 300/- or asking me to resubmit the project in October. Why??? why should I resubmit the project in October or why should I pay Rs 300/- when I am not wrong. Its not on 1 id, but the project mail was sent on both the id's i.e [email protected] and [email protected], then too they claim they have not received it, I had copied my self on that mail too and I have received it, the how is it possible that they have not received it. They dont even provide the contact numbers or email ids of their seniors. There is no escalation process in place...
I hope my grievance will be taken up with jaro people and it will get redressed asap.
My convocation is in September and I wish to attend it with a complete report depicting my Project marks as well and without paying any penalty fees coz I am not wrong.
