Deactivation of games on demand service

I have not demanded "game on demand" service from bsnl on my broad band connection telephone no 02832 231206.but anyhow BSNL have included the charges for the same in my broadband bill, hence i request BSNL to refund the charges collected so far and stop / deactivate the game on demand service from my broadband connection no 02832 231206 immediatly and confirm the deactivation by phone /e mail.
