Co closed its office at panipat& iam not able to lift the lien on my vehicle from the RTO office

I purchased a maruthi zen which was financed by maruthi country wide, which had an office at panipat

the purchase was made on 27-08 and i handed over 84 emi cheques. the entire payment of instalments

were completed in september.

i contacted the office at panipat and came to know that their office is closed long ago, i am not able to get the financier's lien lifted from RTO

kindly help me in the matter. i contacted the dealer (karnal motors) for help . they are not in a position to help me in the matter.
