I have applied for the Loan long back and cleared all the due and requested for NOC also. Now after many years these people are calling and asking me to pay the balance amount..I was shocked when I heard that..

I have taken Loan of 46, 645/- for 24 months and EMI was 2, 190/- including Insurance..AND now these people are saying 36 EMI's need to be paid instead of 24 EMI's..

There is acommon sense how can person pay 36 EMI's for availing loan of 46, 65/-which comes to 2190*36 = 78, 840/- wherein if you calculate 2190*24 = 52560/- (which make some sense).

When I spoke to them they said it is incluing interest you have to pay 36 EMI's..

(Which doesn't make any sense).

How can a person avail loan if is paying back more than the Loan he is applying in India or in the World.
