I had availed home loan along with top up loan from GE Money in 2006. Recently when I wanted to foreclose my both loan, I asked for foreclosure statement.
When I received my foreclosure statement, to my surprise I discovered that even after paying EMI for 6 years, the foreclosure amount is more than the loan amount.
Pls find attached a recent copy of foreclosure statement of my both loans with GE Money. While going thru the same, I have discovered an OVERDUE INTEREST amount of Rs. 106829.88 & Rs. 51982.93 respectively on both loans.
There is a statement which is also attached which clearly indicates that whenever there is an increase in Rate of Interest, either they have increased my tenure or increased EMI amount so I am not able to understand as to from where this overdue interest is being levied.
Request you to pls look into the same & provide justice to me.
