LIC employee complaint

Hello sir

i want to complaint against an manager Mr. A.C. Thakur who is not performing his duties properly. i went to the nearest branch of LIC in sector 37 as i wanted to have some details regarding a policy as i want it for tax saving... but this guy who was the most senior at that branch don't know how to talk to customers he started shouting on me when i told him that my friend is an insurance advisor... and straight away denied to give me the form...

kindly look into the matter that in future no one else have to face this kind a harassment
