Egarding refund of security deposit

I have taken a distributership of gleam care pvt ltd. for that i have given them the sum of Rs. 40000/-.as security deposite now they have stop there bussiness in west bengal. i have all rady submited the required documents of closer to them they are now not responding since last 3months. I am calling them every day but they are not responing.
