Pension from LIC
Non receipt of annuity cheques

Ref: Annuity No. 011M0606055637, Policy No.49098

I have not received my pension cheques (12nos), due from July'09.I have sent a letter along with photocopy of last cheque received through courier on 24/11/09 at the following address-

LIC Of India, P&GS Dept, Jeewan Prakash, 25 K.G.Marg, New Delhi110 001,

But I have not received any response from the dept till date.

Please look in to the matter & do the needful.
