Dear Sir,
I have invested my 7 laks in market but now its worth is only Rs.12000 means it’s just nothing, even still I don’t know whether it is in stock or in cash.
I was shocked on 6th May when I mate Globe Capitals AVP at his Mumbai RO office & came to know that only 12000 is the worth of my account, before I was in assumption that the market has came to >17550 so this company must have recovered my loss & my account must be in good position now you will not believe I drunk 10 glass of water & feeling like my head is scrawling my BP was going high & was not able to understand anything I hold my head in my hand & sat down for several time those Globe people tried to balanced me, when I came out from their office I just came & sat down in railway station for many hours & reach at my hose very late night since the day I feel like I am going in depression.
Market has gone from 17500 then how it come possible that I gone in complete loss, I stay in Mumbai & my account is in Aurangabad also I have no any market knowledge & don’t know anything about the market stock, trade, future & other things even today I knows something but when I opened the account that time I was totally unaware about all those things.
I came from very normal family for us each rupee is very important my father got his pension Rupee 6 Laks when he worked for his complete life, I have collected this money in my last 12 years hard work even for this I worked in overseas alone w/o my family, small child’s in the worst country like Nigeria where there was big risk for the life.
So this money is everything for me, In what situation I am going I know I can not sleep & every time I only think for the loss - my BP goes high, I am in complete dispersed situation now.
I am in complete loss – It’s only because of this Globe Capital brokerage company’s mistake, as I am always busy in my work my office time is for 12 hrs & 4 hrs traveling so I can not spare my time for market, I trust on the company as they said they will take care of my account.
I was trying to invest this money in land as the market was in boom now the rates of the same land is five time more than last 3 years in our Aurangabaad.
This company has loosed my money through their faulty tips & trading without my knowledge they never asked me or never taken my prior permission to do so.
I was trying to know the status from them & they use to give the wrong information on phone also when ever I use to send the mails & was asking to reply on my mail they were not serious to send the reply after long quarrel & shouting I received some mails from them but the information I recd was also not up to the mark or clear.
When I came to know that I am going in loss immediately I asked the explanation but they didn’t bother to reply after long follow-up I received something but not clear.
Market was going up & my worth was going down I was so surprised & became very angry so many times I fired on the company any how they try to convinced me & told they will apply special strategies for my account & will take special care of my account also commit me that they will not trade in my account.
I was in their follow-up to give me the login ID so if possible I will also try to chech the status but they didn’t supplied it immediately after long follow-up they provide it but it was not in use then again I followed them all those follow up were to every where at there offices after long time I recd it but was not able to use in my office computer because it was banned by my company where I work.
The software which this Globe Capital company is using is very complicated even some of their own employee also not able to understand it completely, when I tried to open my login ID I was not understood it so several times I called those people to tell me how to check it but they didn’t provide me the information even I called their RO & HO but still they were not able to satisfy me even once I visited once to Aurangabad branch office to understand the software but their people were so busy that they can not able to explain the software so they just given the information to their MR & on that their MR try to explain me it but even he was also not able to understand how to explain it to me.
This company never sent me the daily, weekly, monthly report or transactions through mails which is mandatory through SEBI even they never sent me the SMS on my mobile several times I complaint at their HO after several follow-up, two three times I got called from their HO & told me that they are sending SMS now, so for some weeks I recd the SMS & again the SMS has stopped.
Time to time I worn those people on phone & through mail to not to trade in my account but still they carried it on & never bothered inform it to customer & never called for any conformation still I was warning them not to trade in my account several times in worn them through mails its detail is there in trailing mails.
This Globe Capital Company has did all those heavy transactions in my account only for their brokerage & for their incentives what I come to know is they are pressuring to their employee to generate the heavy brokerage also are giving the heavy targets & because of those targets their employee plays with the customers account without customers knowledge & w/o their permission.
Last six months back when I came to know that I am going in heavy loss I decided to take the legal action against the company & sent the several notice mails then they arranged a meeting & committed that they are responsible for my loss & will recover all the loss or they will do something so that they can recover my loss within three months & if not so then I can take the legal action against them.
Now its more than six months I moved every where complaints every where & its all detail mailing transaction are here in trail mails.
From down to top level of Global where ever I could reach I tried to reach there but no one is ready to take responsibility rather what I come to know is they all are blaming each other so shifting the problems on others arm and blaming each others some of them are feeling guilty for what they did & are committing yes the loss is because of their company but as an company employee they have some restrictions.
Sir as a legal back ground I trust on the law & our systems, I would like to request you to please go through the issue in details as every thing is in trail mails also so many evidences are with me which can prove for what I am complaining.
Sir I would request you to please take immediate action against the company other wise some others also could come in the problem as I am facing & there must be the possibility of some others who are also facing the same problem what I am facing so before such others loss pl. take the immediate action against company.
Kindly help me to come out from my loss.
