Maturitu Amount not received even after 10 years

Dear Sir, I am surprised to note that my Maturity amount of Rs10, 000/-(Ten thousand only) vide Receipt no 97/173312, dated 04/11/1997 through agent Mr Sunil Sharma from Saharanpur, has not so far been remitted to me though eleven years have passed.

Please look into the matter personally and remit the cheque for the same with interest within 15 days positively.
