Government Banks
No Executives to Help the Disabled

Actually, it is an Expectation rather than a Complaint.

I am a physically challenged person with both legs disabled. I have savings account as well as fixed deposits (FD) in both Government banks and private banks.

I have called many Government banks regarding the opening of accounts, FD, loans etc. But, all the banks are expecting us to come to the bank itself. But, in private banks, they are arranging persons who will contact us and get the required documents and guide us through the process.

But in government banks (like sbi, iob, ib) there are no Executives to guide us through the process. Atleast, they might have provide facilities for mobility of Wheel Chairs to the bank, but it is also not there.

Hence, government banks should provide executive supports or atleast mobility support for those who are disabled.
