Non receipt of apollo policy & contest money

Dear Sir

I regret to inform u that despite several phone calls ur company has failed to send me my apollo poicy for Rs. 5.00 lacs, Mediclaim policy of Rs 0.50 lacs (three policy one on my name& two on my sisters name) after having paid approx 40, 000/-

It was confirmed by ur Sr Manager Mr Shobit that I have won thecontest money of Rs. 1.5 Lacs, he also provided me the DD no. but till date i have neitherb received the policy nor the contest money.

Also Rs 13400/ was to be reversed which has not been done till date

pl look into the matter & inform me accordingly
