This is to inform you that I have received a call on 23rd June from your company no.01204613900 by Mr. Michel and Ms. Surely. They told me that from the brand - Grab it more - Apollo Munich Health Insurance offer is there for you. But I refused this offer, As I am government employee so I Don’d need this kind of insurance, then Mr Michel told me that you can take this Health insurance for your Parents. After that Mr Ajay Sharma, One of the senior representative of your company talked me and told, you can take this health insurance plan for your Parents and along with the health insurance from Apollo Munich following other items promised by him:-
1. Health Insurance plan from Apollo Munich for My Parents with coverage of Rs. Two Lakh
2. 5 gms Gold coin from P.P.Jwellers with certificate.
3. One pair of Gold plated watch with Certificate and Magnate Bracelet
And he asked me to pay Rs. Fifteen Thousand One Hundred (Rs 15, 100/-) for the Health insurance policy from Apollo Munich and for the above said items.
In the name of Grab It More and big name of Apollo Munich, I paid the said amount through SBI net banking on the same day. The detail of my payments is as follows:-

Now, after nine month, neither I have received any Health Insurance Policy for my parents nor 5 gms Gold coin. I received only watch and bracelet, and no certificate for the watch as told by your representative.
I have made more than 600 hundred call in this nine months to your company but no proper response from your side and after complaining so many times to your Senior Executive like Mr Shobit Saxena, Mr Rajeev Batra, Mr Shivam Mahato but no one even bother to reply.
This is high time for your company to give me health insurance Policy from Apollo Munich for my Parent worth Rs Two Lakh, and 5 gm Gold coin as soon as possible otherwise return my Money with interest from June to till date with in 10 days otherwise I have to take legal action against your entire group.
