Sub: PAN Card is not received

Dear Sir,

I, Mubashir Kundappan (Date of Birth: 06-Jan-1982), holding Passport No: E2893350, is presently working for a private firm in United Arab Emirates. I have been applied for Permanent Account Number (PAN) Card through a private agency. But still I didn’t receive the PAN card either in permanent address or in present address.

I have been checked in the website (www.incometaxindia.gov.in) it shows that PAN card is already allotted in my name.
