They never say that they will not pay but they keep on talking sweet lies. Rascals... they are a shame to the translating community. Tell your boss and your colleagues to avoid them like dirty leaches.
Their 'modus operandi' is to change those gullible 'project managers' (?) so that you always start telling every new one your payment problem again and again. You are made to get frustrated and fatigued. They are seasoned cheats and criminals at core. They keep on bugging you to get the job done and do not pay. Let ther tribe perish
