It is really surprising to Note in spite of our Clearance of our outstanding we are not getting our document.

This has lead to Mental tension & harassment to us.

We have also not got credit for the amount Received from LIC which is to the tune of Rs 20000.

We are loading complaint in CBIL as well in RBI as your person are taking thing for granted.

As per the principal all the account are separate by the entity we should get our document back once

We don’t understand why it is taking such a long time to collect back of our document.

we have made a prepayment of your LIC chq amt Rs.20000/- against your loan a/c no 401/2415 and your request for release of documents against loan account no. 401/3221 has been forwarded to the authorities as the account is interlinked to the loan account 401/2415, as soon as we receive the confirmation on same we will call you for document collection.

On one side our amount is stuck up with you for which we are not been

credited the amount on other side we are not

getting our original document.

This is something we don’t understand whenever we meet you say with week

thing will be sorted but it is not taking.

Kindly let us know where is the problem so that we can solve it.
