Insurance claim

Dear Sir,

My father name is Mr. Francis Dsouza, he had issued insurance from Guru agri farm limited long back i have full agreement original and copy with me, i lost my father on 17th June my mother had visited Guru Agri Farm limited but it was locked. We would like to claim our insurance as my dad is now no more and the insurance due date is over already.

Kindly please help us and would be great if you could take immediate action on this matter.
