Deduction of charges when not subscribed

This message of renewal of subscription comes every week and they charge me for that. Unfortunately I have never subscribed for any such thing.

The message sender codes are BZ-FTECH (for video bar service renewal) and BZ-55679260 (for some 5 day renewal service)

Any attempt to unsubscribe these services goes unattended. Please see into the matter soon as my money goes down the drain every week.
