Attitute of staff towards the custome

This is a general complaint about the behaviour of most of the staff especially women posted in the PNB Sector-27 Noida Branch.

This branch is collecting the Govt revenues like service tax, sales tax etc and first week of every month one can see the long que of people from the first floor of the branch to the street through their cramped stairs. If one has to submit the payment then he spents almost 4-5 hours just to deposit the payment challans.

After that you get the paid and stamped challan back from the bank after 7-8 days and one would be lucky if he can find his challan copy from the debris, which bank throw in one corner. This debris is nothing but the paid and stamped challans. These are never kept in the file. When you ask the staff about it, then be ready to face their ire. If you are reacting for their behaviour, then they start shouting and create scene.

When you go to bank Manager, he will simply show his helplessness and cursing his posting at this branch.

Is there anybody listening? Can this staff be sent to some training institute where they can at least be tought some manners?
