1. Firstly my loan was sanctioned for Rs. 32 lacs and only Rs. Rs. 30 lacs were released with no explanation. This has put me in so much of hardship as we had gone to registration office to register the property and finally Rs. 2 lacs were short. Adding salt to the wound they wanted me to sign the paper for the sanctioned amount and not the released DD.

2. The balance amount was released after repeated request on renovation work. That too your survey chap was not able distinguished between modular kitchen and plywood finally it took @ month to rel the amount.

3. When every other bank reduced the interest for housing loan, they also obliged to reduction of interest for the old customers by charging a nominal amount, but when I put across I was told it is only for new loan and old customers will be charged the old higher rates

4. There was never a timely acknowledgement for any of the part payment. Despite of depositing the dd in their branch they refused to acknowledge, is it a reason to charge more interest charges?

5. Insurance- I was promised that insurance will be covered for earth quack and fire and made mockery by saying copy will be provided and finally declined

6. Emi cheques- despite of sending I was regularly harassed by the collection centre saying cheques are not received and they wanted to send the collection boy to my office.

Now I want to close the account for good, but the last 4 days they are not responding to my mail or call to give the statements of account and closure letter.

Initially I was given a very rosy picture of Axis and now I know the real fact. I wanted to continue the loan tenure for a minimum period of 10-12 days, but the above facts forced me to close the loan faster. There are no responsible staffs and all depend on one customers care – so called head Ms. Divya. I wonder how a bank of that repute have irresponsible person like her. Who refuse to come on line nor able to give the appointment.

Pl let them not think that they are above the law and harass customers. I have maintained the highest standard of repayment and finally paying the price. My only prayer is that let them not do this for other.
