Union Bank Of India

I had to make the DD, i went to Union Bank of India Hapur Ghaziabad (UP) branch, as i went to cashier for submitting the form, he told me you dont have the account in our bank that is why we are not able to make the DD, then i went to Bank manager and came to know that he is on leave and one person (Staff member) told me that we can not help.

Bank service is very bad...
